Is there a way that a group of Internet addresses (people at different domains)can be placed in a distribution list whereas one email can be generated and addressed to this "group" and they all would get the same message? I thought about generating a distribution group, but when I did, I had to create individual internet address entries in Exchange. This is o.k., but I'd like to hide these addresses from the Global Address book and just contain them in the distribution group (e.g., have the internet addresses entered into Exchanage, but not displayed to everyone else in the company). Let me know your input in this matter. Thanks!

That's easy, create Custom recipiants for the external E-mails inside on your server, (recomend that you create a new custom recipiants container as well for that not to mix them with the rest) Create the DL's and add the custom recipants and then in Exchange Admin mark the recipiants and chose to hide them from the global Adress-list. Done... The DL's will be visible but not the CR's /A

Cool, thanks. I'm still a "young jedi" when it comes to SMTP using MS products. I come from the dark ages of the Novell Netware era, brrrrr, talking about the "Ice Age"! Anyway, I'm well pleased with the Microsoft Migration. Again, thank you.
