hi,

i need some advice on how to track duplicate emails. it appears that all messages being sent in or out of the company are being copied to another users mailbox. there is an exchange box on site and one used by another company providing smtp services. are there any tools that can help with this?

First, check to see if someone has activated Mailbox Store archiving. That setting is on the General tab of the properties of each Mailbox Store.

You can gain also clues by using Message Tracking in the System Manager.
