I have a server running SBS2000
There are 20 users on the server.
However, one user (the big boss) wants to (control) all incoming and
out going e-mails send & receive by the other users.
So, each e-mail they are sending & receiving this user (the big boss)
should receive separately created mailbox called (e-mail tracking).
How can I configure this?
I've tried the following solutions but it works for a while.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"archiving" (a.k.a. Journaling).  In the ESM, drill down to the server, the Storage Group, and the Mailbox Store.  Right click on the mailbox store and bring up Properties.  On the General tab there is a checkbox to "Archive all messages sent or received....".  Check the box and select a target mailbox. I've created a separate mailbox called E-MAIL TRACKING and given access to the BIG BOSS.

This option works for a while but after some time it stops and who ever send e-mail they receive a System administrator message that your e-mail is not delivered to following (e-mail tracking) user.

Any advice is welcome!

I thank you all in advance for your help.
