hi all..

my office currently running exchange server 2003 on windows server 2003....
migrate from 5.5 on windows nt

the problem now is our users keep on complaint about :
1) cannot send out email to external
2) cannot receive email from external
3) email from internal sometime delay
4) received same email repeatedly 4 to 5 times

we are using POP3 service...
most of the users using outlook XP to retrieve the email...

and 1 more thing...
when we check from the mailboxes in the exchange server there is an emails for this particular user but there is no email...we try to logging in into the OWA services if the email is stcuk in there..but the email also not in there..

so..i hope somebody can help me out with this thing..
