hi,

I'm new to ex2007. installed it in windows 2008 server. now my owa address is https://exchange.domain.com/owa. but i want to make it
https://webmail.domain.com . dont want to use custome error page redirection. there are other internal sites for domain.com.

Searched all the forum but could not find solution. should it be done through iis7? how? pls help.

Do you have a certificate in that name?
If not then you will need to get one to begin with.
If the server is called "Exchange" but you want to use a different name then you will need a SAN/UC certificate because Exchange needs to use the real name of the server. I outlined how to get the certificate and install it in to Exchange on my blog here: http://www.sembee.co.uk/archive/2008/05/30/78.aspx

Then in your DNS point both the real name and the name that you want to use to the web site.
