Hello friends
CAN YOU TEL ME HOW TO MIGRATE FROM EXCHANGE 2K TO EXCHANGE 2003 WHILE WE HAVE TO REPLACE THE HARDWARE SERVER ALSO.
MEANS I M RUNNING EX2K ON OLD MACHINE NOW I BOUGHT NEW MACHINE , NEW MACHINE I WANT TO USE FOR EX2K3 AND I WANT TO MOVE ALL USERS AND MAILBOXES AND EVERYTHING .
MY OLD MACHINE IS DC AND EVERYTHING NOW NEW MACHINE IS GOING TO TAKE OVER OLD MACHINE WHILE NEW MACHINE WILL RUN E2K3.
TELL MY EACH AND EVERY THING FROM START TO FINISH HOW MIGRATE.

can you plz tell if I have Installed win2k3 on the new server how to configure it and how to migrate every thing from old server . is it possible that I install the win2k3 with the same name and transfer every thing from old computer to new computer . because I dont to change any setup of outlook on staffs work stations.
But now I have Installed win 2k3 when I tried to make it member server or when ever I tried to make it Additional domain controller it could not find my old server . but I am able ping each other . what wrong .
I beginner can you plz teach me the easiest way to migrate from e2k to e2k3 and move every thing from old server to new server.

Azar... sounds like you need to do some serious reading before even thinking about Migration.... I would suggest finding the migration articles on MS's site and the perhaps picking up an E2K3 book.... I would not attempt this without having a lot of knowledge and a good plan in place.
