exchange 2000 presubmissionqueue is not processing an is filling up. i restarted the server several times but didnt help.
windows 2000 and exchange are up to date.

messages are get stuck in presubmissionqueue for 2 days and nothing changes.

does anyone have a solution for this.

I have the exact same problem and it seems to be pretty common with Exchange 2000. It used to happen once every few months but now it is happening once a week. Usually rebooting the server starts moving the mail again. Today I rebooted 4 times. Before I rebooted the last time I stopped all MS exchange services. Restarted the services and rebooted. The mail started to finally move but very slowly. No one seems to know why this happens. I think its time to upgrade. Hoping Exchange 2006 comes out soon.
