I've Exchange 2003 intalled on a SBS 2003 in domain abc.local. This is one of our branch office where this exchange was intalled originally.

Now i've a task in hand to upgrade/move/install Exchange 2007 on a windows 2003 std which is a member server at our main office w/ different domain... lets just say xyz.local. after a successful migration/transition, exchange 2003 will be decommissioned. I've read many forms and articles and nothing really match what I'm trying to accomplish.

I really don't want to use ExMerge since many of our exchange accounts are well over 2GB. it will be take me awefully lot of time to sync each account in outlook and resync it w/ new server. Cross Forest Transition is not possible either since SBS doesn't support trusts.

any help on this is very appreciated...
