wen i use exmerge to extrakt pst-files, i becom
this error messages, but i have admin rights
to use.

Error encountered getting mailbox information from the private information store database(s) on server 'VKG_EXMAIL'. Make sure you have adequate permissions on the Information Store object. Please refer to the 'C:\ExMerge.log' log file for more information.

 I would make sure you are logged in as SA when running exmerge.

Status: offline 		I have seen a similar problem relating to the version of mapi32.dll on your pc.

If you use Outlook 2000 this replaces the exmerge mapi32.dll with a version that doesnt work.

You need the version of mapi32.dll from outlook98

There is an article about this in the exmerge.doc file that is part of the installation

Status: offline 		also, check that the pst file is not marked as read only. This has caught me out once or twice.
