i want to forward msg's from one user who left to another user. how can i get this done?
is there anything simple that i can do ?
thanks in advance for any help.

It depends upon where the messages are coming from. Messages coming from the outside are addressed via the SMTP address. You can simply remove the SMTP address from the old user object and add it to the person to whom you are forwarding.

On the other hand, if you need to also keep the messages separate, you can configure forwarding in the Delivery Options of the exited user. There you can either forward them, or also store a copy in the old user's mailbox.

Typically you don't deal with inside users. In other words, you'd normally at least remove the name from the GAL.
