functional group mailbox hidden folders

Status: offline 		hi all just found this great forum

i have a user who cannot see new folders created by her or other users. everyone else can see these new folders except the user!

i have checked teh functional mail and the user is the owner on ALL the folders.
i have also checked with mapi under the main profile into shared folders i can see the group mailbox however i have noticed the folder she is trying to create has a duplicate folder name???

i have tried to create a new folder but not visible on her a/c ok on other users..

anything i can try to to resolve this issue?

Are you talking about public folders?
