I'm trying to send a message in Exchange 2000 and Outlook Xp using a Group as sender in the "From" field of message but I receive an error saying that I've not permission to do that.
My account is a member of this group.
In Exchange 5.5 it was possible without doing nothing.
Please, anyone could help me?

You need to grant the Senf on behalf of permission in the Exchange General properties of the group object or the Send As permission on the security properties tab of the group objct.
