I have a lot of MSG files that I would like to import to Outlook.
How can I accomplish this?

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Open Outlook
3. Arrange the two windows so you can see both on the screen simultaneously
4. Drag the MSG files from Explorer to Outlook

Its very easier process -

Simply drag and drop msg files in your MS Outlook.

Just drag and drop them to some Outlook folder.

you can easily perform the required operation by Dragging the Msg file and droping it in outlook

I have simple ans, you can use the paid tool which is reliable and more accurate solution that help you to convert your multiple MSG files into one PST file so that you can easily import PST file into any MS Outlook version. Recommending http://www.birdiesoftware.com/msg-to-pst/

Yes you can import multiple MSG files to Outlook just by dragging and dropping it into outlook but this process seams infeasible and time consuming if you have thousands of MSG files. Under such scenario I would like you to use third party tools available online at reasonable prices. I found INTRGUA Convert MSG tool as most reliable and cost effective to convert batch MSG files to PST without affecting the file integrity.

Follow steps to Convert MSG to PST Manually :

Step 1: Right click MSG File .
Step 2: click option Open with Outlook .

Manual method fails sometimes . I would recommend to use a professional tool to perform MSG To PST migration . As professional tool offers features such as :

1. Bulk migration of MSG files to PST .
2. Selective export of MSG files .
3. Demo version is free to download .
4. Migrate MSG files to outlook without installation of Outlook .

You don't need to buy a software for this small task. You can manually import multiple MSG files into Outlook at once.

1) Open MS Outlook.

2) Select all MSG files (CTRL+A), drag all them and drop into MS Outlook folder where you want to import MSG files.

I hope these two steps will complete your task successfully.

For viewing MSG files without Outlook you may use a free MSG viewer tool.
