Check to see if the computers are set to allow for daylight savings time.

Then I would check the time, time zone, and daylight savings time settings on the Exchange Server.
Every time I have seen this (and it has been quite a few) it a time setting causing it.
Also on your Outlook client, go to TOOLS, ORTIONS, CALENDAR OPTIONS, TIMEZONES. Make sure this is set correctly.

Do this procedure: Exchange and ADS bugs issues: All of workstation that are connect to your ADS
Run -> cmd -> enter C:\ C:\net time /setsntp:ntp2.usno.navy.mil
Because Windows W32time service left out this procedure and not link to any sntp service, Which is real time services for your ADS. Try this and sent your email check the time should be correct.
