Hi during the insatllation i got dis error microsoft exchange messaging and collabration compontent fialed .

ID no: c103798a

now what should i do to resolve this issue.

Is this a new exchange organization being created or are you trying to join a new server to an existing organization?

Did you run forestprep and domainprep already? If not, I would recommend you run them individually before running the exchange setup.

yes this is new installation. yes i took backup of information store.

could you please post installation error log.... please give the server OS details and post full details of the error. because so many errors have the same Id...
