Is it possible to keep the same url address for owa on a 2007 box as it was in 03. It seems like it might be easier to just get a new certificate and create a new address.

Well specifially I am going to be in a period of coexistence so I'll need to have both servers running at the same. So how can I have the address point to both servers?

You can't have the address point at both servers. You will need to point it at the Exchange 2007 server. Look on Technet for information about co-existence with Exchange 2003 and the Client Access Server role on Exchange 2007.

I would change the external ip address of the Ex2k7 box and then have the users use https://owa.mydomain/owa other wise you'll have to registrar the new IP address with your mx.

if u used the link https://yourmail.com/owa it will have redirect issues if the mail is located in exchange 2003 backend server. and if you plan for co-existence microsoft recommends seperating CAS and MB roles in 2 different servers. if u r going to use same address you have to use https://yourmail.com/exchange to resolve redirection issues.
