A lady at work got married recently and she had her last name changed. What steps can be taken to create a new user on Exchange and to have email forwarded to her new address if mail is sent to her using her old last name?

She can keep the old mailbox, Change the display name and alias, add a second smtp address to the same mailbox.

Set the new smtp address to be the reply address and keep the old one in there, she will be able to receive emails sent to both addresses.
