Hello guys,
We are using Exchange 2007 and lot's of resource mailboxes. Many of them are room mailboxes.
Our users using scheduling assistant and it's great but! Very often we need to find any available room for meeting. Looks through all available rooms and search something available isn't acceptable. Add all rooms, search available one and then delete other - isn't very comfortable.
May be exist any other method of looking for available resource (room or equipment mailbox) for special date and time?
