I am a long time Server Adminstrator and email admin. For the last 10 years, I have mainly worked as a Notes/Domino admin and also Groupwise 5.5-7 due to some mergers and acquisitions. We are in the process of consolidating into a single messaging system and the decision was made to go to Exchange. I know really nothing about Exchange in its current incarnation, I used it for a while back in the 90's as Exchange 4.5 was the last version I used.

Long story short, I need to get some exchange training and am looking for some good recommendations. I have used Global Knowledge and Learning Tree in the past for some things, and they are OK. I have also had some bad experiences from a couple places I will not list. I live in Florida and dont mind havnig to travel out of state if necessary. Looking for top notch, hands on training, none of these boot camp type of things, I need to learn the technical details, not how to pass a test.

thanks in advance,
