What's the least painfull method of moving stores from one server to another within the same domain? If I recall, the user profiles on outlook will be automatically updated. Are there any major gotcha's to worry about?

Thanks in advance.

Are you in native mode or mixed mode? If you are in mixed and they are in the same site you can use the move mailbox utility with in AD users and computers.

Now by this do you mean native/mixed mode in E2K or W2K?

Thanks for the info, I'm running in mixed mode all within the same org and site. Should I just break the connector and let mail que up, then move the boxes and reestablish the connector or is there a better way?

I would second Cirwin, Use move mailbox utility.
Mind the Single instance ratio if this is a large store - The new store will grow considerably.
Good Luck
