1. Is it possible to directly upgrade an Nt 4.0/Exchange 5.5 box to Win2k/Exchange 2000? (Say for example, that there are no extra machines to do a mailbox move or "swing" upgrade).

2. The previous admin setup our network as follows. Two domains - abc.com and abc.net. The mail server resides in abc.com. All of our user accounts logon to abc.net. All of the exchange mailboxes use an abc.net account as the primary mail account. Basically, our mail goes to user@abc.com, but the user account for the mailbox is abc.net\user. What kind of trouble (if any) can I expect when upgrading to Windows 2000 and AD? We would like to keep the user@abc.com naming convention for email.
