Creating hundreds of users - 11.Jun.2002 2:27:00 PM

I'm working in a school, so we must create and delete a lot of users year to year.

The old 5.5 has the function to export users
to a CSV table, and we could modify the properties, or creating new users - simply in Excel.
Then we imported this list, and voila! We have the new mailboxes.

Do You know the same thing in Exchange2000?
Or is this the feature of the Active directory?
But what properties is needed to fill in?

If You could help, pls. send me an e-mail:

Exchange 2000 uses Active Directory so your question is how to import these addresses as mail-enabled objects into AD.

Try these (go to http://support.microsoft.com/ and put the Q#)

Q233209 - XADM: Windows 2000 Contacts and Users
Q237677 - Using LDIFDE to Import and Export Directory Objects to AD
Q300409 - How to Use Csvde.exe to Import Contacts into Active Directory

NOTE: I sent an email to him!
