Everyone Distribution List Missing - 24.Jun.2002 7:43:00 PM

I recently migrated from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 and noticed that my 'Everyone' distribution list is missing. When I try to add it, it tells me it is already there. Can someone offer some light as to what may be happening?

Hi all,

The name Everyone is a group name in the Windows security model (though it's not a local group). You can't create a distribution group (or a security group, for that matter) with this name. You will need to choose a different name.
