I am doing an Exchange 2K install, and migrating from a 5.5 NT4 domain. At the point in the 2K installation when I try to join the existing 5.5 site I get an error:
OXC103FC93(64659) Counld not bind to Microsoft Exchange Directory Server. You do not have permissions (or similar to that..)

I have a verified 2-way trust established between the domains, and the administrator account does indeed have appropriate permissions to the 5.5 server.
I have also read through the Technet missives on this error, and have folloed all possibilities it suggests, to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

The account you are logged on as must have at least Administrator permission on the Exchange Server 5.5 Site and Configuration container.

I recommend giving FULL Site Service Admin rights to ORG, SITE, and CONFIGURATION...as well as DOMAIN ADMIN and FOREST ADMIN rights.
