We are in the process of setting up a totally new Win2K domain to replace our current NT setup, including moving from exch 5.5 to exch 2000. Is it correct that we will need to sign on as every user and repoint their outlook client to the new server? Also is it correct that mailbox permissions for other users to access a different mailbox will be lost, and lastly will users be able to reply to mail that was sent from the old exchange server users mailbox and have it correctly route to the new one?

Thanks

Are you using a domain migration tool? How are you bringing over the accounts? Have you thought of moving the 5.5 server to a new domain and then upgrading to E2K?
