One of my cleints is dangerously low on Hardrive space on the C partition. We purchased them a new HD with the intent to Ghost over. Ghost was unsuccessfull so my next option is to install Fresh OS on new HD and move over Exchange 2000 to new HD, I am aware that it will be a new domain and everything that goes along with that change. I also read the article about the disaster recovery. Is there a way to move all exchange information to a temp location then move back when new install is done.

The best thing you could do is add the new HD to the existing server, then move the Exchange databases to the new HD via Exchange Manager. This will free up space on C: and allow databases to grow on the new HD.
