I currently have a W2K native mode domain with E5.5 running on W2K Server. Currently no ADC is installed. The current Exchange site is the old company name and I've been instructed to get rid of it if possible. This is a single domain. I've read documentation until I can't read anymore.

SP3 for E2K has a Migration Wizard that will move mailboxes between different organizations in the same forest, or so it states. I have 2 questions.

1-Does this tool work as advertised?
2-What order do I run/install E2K, ADC, forestprep, domainprep?

Run the ADC and create the CAs between 5.5 and AD.
Once you're happy you can run the forestprep then domainprep and then install.
You can then move the mailboxes and use pfmigrate to replicate the PFs.
