I just came to a company that migrated from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000. The consultant who did the migration walked out because the users were yelling at him too much, so I now get to clean up. Here is the issue:
The Pres & VP each have their own personal account. Plus they each have a shared account for their secrataries to access.

Needless they can't access the shared accounts anymore. I can create a backup from the PST but only one person can see it at a time. Before when they went into the folder list it would show up like their regular personall account.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure that the shared account exist as an mail enabled account in active directory. Make sure that all concerned have the proper permissions on this mailbox and then open the mailbox as an additional mailbox in Outlook.
