Hello,

Can I ask you about public folder migration?

In my case, though public folder is used in Ex5.5,the folder size is only 40mb.
I know Pfmigrate or Inter-Organization ReplicationTool is availabel for public folder migration. But, the procedure is complicated.

Is it possible to export public folder data from Exchange 5.5 by Outlook and import it to public folder in Ex2003 by Outlook?

I would appeciate it if you could tell me your idea to migrate public folder except for Pfmigrate or Inter-Organization ReplicationTool.

Regards,

You can export public folders into PST files within outlook but you'll lose whatever permissions you had set on it.

Then you can import it through outlook into exchange 2003

Thank you very much.

Does "pfmigrate" work on different exchange organization? I guess it can work only same exchange organization.
