terecomp -> Moving exch 5.5 database on winnt to win2k (9.Aug.2003 7:29:00 PM)

I've been running exch 5.5 on winnt with 150 users for somtime now. I just acquired a new win2k box setup with active directory and intend to move the exch 5.5 program and database to it.
I was wondering if anyone can provide me with info on what to do or what not to do, a URL regarding this topic or best practices inorder to achieve a successful switch.
