I just installed Exchange Server 2003 on a Win. server 2003 and after resolving some DNS issues, it went fine, and succeeded.

I then open the Active Directory Users to assign mailboxes on some users.

I right click the user name and only one Exchange Task available (Remove All Echange Tasks).

I don't understand. I think I'm supposed to see options to create mailboxes or something like that.

Help please.

did you run domain prep and forest prep before installing Exc2k3?
