I have a DELL Poweredge 2600:
windows server 2003 standard
OS - Raid 1
Data - Raid 5.

What's the best way to condigure my server for Exchange 2003 Enterprise.

Do I need to create multiple logical drives for log files, etc.

Is there an article that could help me out with this?

good day,

The best way I have found is to create 3 logical drives one drive with data, one with logs and one for the application files. This configuration seems to work well. I suggest that you have this configuration installed in a test lab before going live to find out if it will work in your environment. The other thing you need to consider is the amount of users you have.

Hope this helps
