Brightstor RPC error, so frustrating

I go through the horror of setting up brick by brick backups each time I setup a new server:
Exchange 2003
Windows 2003
Brightstore 11 with agent 11

Huge argument with CAI about them requiring I put the exchange server in the domain-admins group. We were able to get it enough rights to run the Brightstore Agent wizard (trick was taking the user out of domain-users), but now when I try to run backup brick by brick I get an RPC error. Tried using the service account to start rpc already. Help!
