Hi
I have a Ex2k3 server in one Forest. I have a 5.5 server in another Forest. Both forests trust each other. Users in one forest are Contacts / custom recipients in the other forest.
I have a problem in that I want all users (in either forest) to be able to open other users calenders. I can open a users calendar if in the same domain, but when I choose a user in the other domain it will not allow it as they are only a contact, not an actual user.
I have interorg set up with a free / busy replication setup but I have hit a brick wall.
Have I got a major issue or is there a way around this please ?

Many thanks

Any reason why the two forests can be combined into one forest?

It was going to be one of those oh so simple tasks (?) - Exch5.5 and NT4 in-place upgrade to the 2003 flavours. However the customer decided to split just prior to the project starting, hence one portion in-place and one portion of migrtaed users and mailboxes. Had a nightmare with DLs but got those sorted thanks to some useful Interorg schedules, but Users from one Forest accessing a Calendar of a user they previously accessed no longer works. Think I am looking at a third-party solution.

Many thanks
