I like to ask the following question:

We have a network containing one Exchange 2003 server and two domain controllers on the central site. I like to use the domain controllers to create users and mailboxes. Previous version of Exchange allowed me to copy a dll to manage Exchange on a domain controller. Can I still copy a dll from the Exchange server to both domain controllers to let me create users and mailboxes on domain controllers using Active Directory users and computers? If I can, what is the name of that dll?

Greetings,
Erik

The supported method is to install the Exchange System Manager components onto the DC, which is a safe method.
An MVP did once post the files (not merely DLLs) that were required as a bare minimum but I think they've dropped off the newsgroups. I'll see if I can cast my mind back but meanwhile why not just install ESM.
