i'm running a test mail server which is set up like what i want it to be. Ive just got budget for a new server to act as a mail server. Ive got a 2003 server in the domain at present, how do I add another one move all the info to it then close the other one down and in between how do I run 2 severs?

Just install the new Exchange 2003 Server into your existing Exchange organization, the ExDeploy tool will help you do this step by step.

In order to move data to a new Exchange Server and decommission the old one see:
