So I successfully got Exchange installed, configured, and working....sort of. While he can send and receive e-mail with no problem, certain businesses he deals with can't send e-mail to him. Their e-mails get bounced back with the following error:
Sorry, I couldn't find a mail exchanger or IP address. (#5.4.4)
The DNS entries were changed almost a month ago so it's not like the changes haven't propagated.
Sorry if this is a noob question. While I've run Exchange in my own office, this is the first install I've done for a customer.

Well, guess this forum just isn't active enough to get quick answers. Well, I was forced to figure it out on my own =P just not as fast as it would have been if someone gave me the answer.
Problem was I screwed up the DNS entries. I set the MX records to the IP address. Worked fine for the most part, but some servers apparently didn't like it.
Edit: Crap...just realized I posted in the 2003 forum. NO WONDER! LOL [ August 15, 2003, 09:36 AM: Message edited by: Geckotek ]
