Outlook quits when reading address book

I've recentley reinstall my SB server and exchange and now when i try and access the address book outlook just quits and dissapears. If remove exchange server from Outlook, the problem dissapears!

I assume its something to do with the global contacts?

Does anyone have any ideas?

Its doing it on two machines
