RFRI Error on Exchange 2000 (Full Version)

I have a exchange 2000 server running on windows 2000 server. We are having problems in sending and receiving mails. I checked the event viewer immediately and found the following erro:

SOURCE : MsExchangeSA

Category : RFR Interface

Description : The Directory Service Referral interface failed to service a client request. RFRI is returning the error code:[0x3F0]

Please help....
