Hello Radikal4u,
Have you setup DNS correctly ? Your Exchange servers primary DNS address should point at your internal AD DNS server...
You don't need to configure any IP address in SMTP Virtual Server, could you be more specific on what you have changed ?
Regards

Causes: A looping condition was detected. (The server is configured to route mail back to itself). If you have multiple SMTP Virtual Servers configured on your Exchange server, make sure they are defined by a unique incoming port and that the outgoing SMTP port configuration is valid to avoid looping between local virtual servers. Solution: Check the configuration of the virtual server¦s connectors for loops and ensure each virtual server is defined by a unique incoming port.
Event Viewer say This please help understand that trouble

Do you need to have more than one virtual SMTP server ? If not you shouldn't change the defaults, and thereby only configure primary/secondaey DNS addrees in the properties of your LAN connection.

Hi,
After configuring the LAN card for DNS, you better remove the smart host and configure the Advance in delivery tab, smtp properties.
Then the mail will flow.
Cheers !
