Hi.
If you have the permissions that permit you to gain access to another user's calendar, you can view the calendar contents by using Exchange Server 2003 Outlook Web Access (OWA). To do so, type the following information in the URL box of your browser, where virtual_server_name is the name of the Exchange Server 2003 computer or another virtual server that is created by your Exchange administrator, and username is the alias of the calendar owner: http://virtual_server_name/exchange/username/calendar
When the logon window appears, type your user name, password, and domain. These credentials are used to verify that you have permission to the person's calendar and to authenticate your request.
If you have the correct permissions, you can also open other specific folders for another user by following the same syntax, as follows: Inbox http://virtual_server_name/exchange/username/inbox Sent Items http://virtual_server_name/exchange/username/sent items Contacts http://virtual_server_name/exchange/username/contacts Note Because of the complex interoperations that must occur to make OWA consistent with Outlook, delegates who access calendars by using the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server version of OWA are permitted read-only access. The only exception is a delegate who is given Owner rights to a mailbox by using Active Directory Users and Computers. By assigning a delegate Owner rights to a mailbox, the delegate has access to read and to write all data in that mailbox by using OWA.

There is a way to change the login prompt to a login web page with a few more options. You need to a SSL certificate and work out your DNS issues though.
In ESM drill down to protocols and expand HTTP. Set it to Forms based authentication and HIGH encryption.
Then in IIS import your SSL cert as per normal process and enable SSL encryption.
then you can go to https://your-virtual-server/exchange and get a pretty login screen.
