I am 2 Exchange 2003 server running in one domain and one site. When I lookup on the email addresses for all my users, I see an address of X.400 (c=US;a=;p=CompanyName;o=Exchange).

My questions are
1- Do I this type of email address? It seems users can send and receipt inside and outside email with or without it?

2- Occasionally, users have problem sending email out inside our GAL and get 'destination email system is unknown or invalid' error message. Close Outlook and reopen it. They can send out again. Is X.400 address causing the problem?

Appreciate the help,
