Too many messages in SMTP QUE (Full Version)

MS Exchange 2003 SBS
I keep on getting messages from the smtp que. When I open the que theres loads of messages that could not be relayed, there from administrator@mydomain.local with weird subjects.
I checked for spyware and virus, both negative.

Yes GFI on the server and I hate spam on the client.

Can you disable GFI for short period of time and see if it resolves the issue?

If you have already resolved it please apprise me as I am having the same issue now.
