Hi

I wonder if anyone could help me. I am setting up exchange 2003 and certain users require access to additional mailboxes. I have set up the share and they can view other mailbox email fine. The problem is when they try to send email from these additional accounts they are sending out from their main accounts. All the accounts are live exchange accounts. No PST files are being used. Is there a simple solution to my problem that i have overlooked ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

Hi,

in your AD UserAccount go to exchange settings - setting options - Send in order: [Type in the User you want]

Best regards

Thanks for your reply ....

I can't seem to find these settings ??
Is this from outlook or server ADS

Is the correct way to give users access to additional mailbox by accessing exchange advanced > mailbox rights ... and giving specific users rights from here ??

This is how i set it up and they can view email fine.

Thanks

If you wish to avoid using different profiles, you can try RightFrom and UniSent applications at http://www.ivasoft.biz
