Hello,

We have a new Hosted Exchange in our company and as a newly setup Server where on the process of determining several issues and of the issue that arrise is "DISPLAYING MAIL USAGE" like in yahoo and msn/hotmail wherein you can see your mailbox usage.. need some help on this....were using OWA.

Go to Exchange System Manager, pivate store, drill down til you see Mailboxes, and you can see what you like.

Once the mailboxes have been displayed as above through System manager, your can rught-click the Mailboxes in the left pane and choose Export... which will export mailbox usage mailbox-by-mailbox that you could then import to Excel for trend analysis/planning
