Some body correct me if i am wrong. But did you know that if you have multiple domain in your exchange enviorment, you have to always have the main domain in the e-mail list for people to beable to log on to OWA. Crazy.

For example:

Exchange server hosts company.com and building.com.
Company.com is their main e-mail domain. They bought out building.com and now host their e-mails.
In the Acount setup properties under e-mail accounts you have to have:
type e-mail
smtp bob@company.com
SMTP bob@building.com

for OWA to work.

If you just have
SMTP bob@building.com, it wount work.

I want to remove bob@company.com to cut down on spam to the end user but can't.

Have you tried making the new domain name Alternate UPN Suffix in AD Domains and Trusts?
