Piece of cake for the experts among you:
How can I define a corporate signature for all Outlook users in my Exchange organization using a template and ADS user data?
Thank you in advance!

If you mean a disclaimer then it can be done by creating a SMTP Event Sink using:

317327 - How to add a disclaimer to outgoing SMTP messages in Visual Basic

317680 - How to add a disclaimer to outgoing SMTP messages in Visual Basic script

Or third party software, see below site for several of these:

Disclaimer Software for Microsoft Exchange:

Henrik,

Wasn't there an issue with Sinks possibly corrupting the IS? I very well could be wrong though.

You're right there have been a few posts to the MS public newsgroups about this issue, but it's defintely not a general problem.

When that's said, I would recommend admin's without heavy scripting experience to invest in third party disclaimer software. This would often be cheaper than going the SMTP sink way...

Hi there,
Followed 317680 and the diclaimer works... slight problem :/ But it works on incoming and outgoing emails... is it meant to work like that?
Thanks
