My Exchange Server was responsible for 2 Domains. I had to remove one of these Domains, so i have deleted the Recipient Policy for that domain, but the proxyAddresses still exist for all Users. How can i remove all proxyAddresses generated by the Policy for the specified Domain?

You can use ADModify to remove the SMTP proxy addresses for this domain on users in bulk. For an article on ADModify see:
