In our Exchange 5.5 system (on NT 4.0), we have 2 mailboxes (TeamA and TeamB) which both have the user "FloorPC" as the owner of the mailbox. This works out wonderfully for us because the FloorPC login is a default login used throughout our plant floor and Outlook is setup on 2 PCs at opposite ends of the plant, one for a mailbox called TeamA and the other for TeamB.

Now, I'm setting up an Exchange 2003 system on Windows Server 2003. I have AD setup with the FloorPC user, but, how do I create 2 mailboxes (TeamA and TeamB) associated with the FloorPC user?

You now need to create a logon for TeamA and one for TeamB.

As you have found out, there is now a one to one relationship between accounts and mailboxes.

I was afraid that was the answer. Thanks for the reply.
