Hi guys,
How can I use info@mycompany.com to be readable and responded by 3 of our users? I want them to be able to read and respond to this address so that when they reply to the mail coming to this address, it appears from inf@mycompany.com. They should also be able to use their own mail accounts as normal users.
Secondly, I am using SBS2003, if I make an account named support and give some users right to read and reply on behalf of this account, would it be consuming a CAL?

Regards,
Zotigo

you can create a mailbox enabled user called info with the appropriate smtp address then give each of the three users full rights to the info account mailbox. Then add the info mailbox to the Outlook client of each of the 3 users. When replying just enable the From field and choose info for that field. This will give the recipient the impression that it's coming from info@abc.com instead of user@abc.com

I have no answer for your CAL question.

If you wish to move the sent items to the proper Sent Items folder and also auto-fill the From field, take a look at UniSent and RightFrom utilities at http://www.ivasoft.biz
